Hakim Mia: From Day Laborer to Agribusiness Entrepreneur
Hakim Mia was a day laborer struggling to feed his family of five. Through Renaissance’s livelihood program, he received training in modern farming techniques, quality seeds, and livestock support. Today, he runs a thriving small farm business, employs two workers from his village, and has become a model farmer inspiring others.
“Renaissance didn’t just give me fish, they taught me how to fish and farm. Now I can provide for my family with dignity.”
